The children of this nation deserve to live in homes that are safe and free from hazards — no matter their background or zip code. That is why HUD is awarding nearly $140 million to protect children and families across the country from lead and other home health hazards.

Yesterday, I announced that HUD is launching a new partnership with @fcc to make sure everyone who is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program has the opportunity to benefit from free or low-cost internet. If you live in HUD-assisted housing, you are eligible for this benefit at no additional cost to you.
