The worlds happiest little foster fail, Miss Freya helping me test out our new @impactdogcrates . Which is going to make integrating MY NEXT foster pup way easier.
I dig this thing it’s borderline indestructible, as in if you have a dog that’s anxious and destroys the house( or lesser crates) it won’t be able to wreck this one . This is the collapsible version, which I chose to get because I can easily take it road-tripping and move it around.
10/10 would recommend if you have high drive pups that you need to keep safe at events . ( you can also lock it from the outside) 🔐
11/10 would recommend if you like to foster high drive/ potentially very anxious dogs and need a secure space that they can decompress and be separated from your own dog(s)
12/10 …would recommend 🙂

I tweaked my back pretty good at the end of last week, and it’s not quite up to chucking humans around yet 🤼♀️. So my coach gave me a less body wrecking assignment to do tonight, and give the back one more day to recover .
Warm up / stretch for 1 mile
Then
Run 1 mile
Shadow box 5 minutes
Repeat ✖️3
Visualize opponent/ scenarios the whole time and practice what we’ve been drilling.
It’s a great low stress workout for anyone wanting to try 🙂

9 miles of fun before sparring. Kaia is getting a bad tooth pulled today , so just the youngsters 👹👹and I. We saw a cougar 🐱and guess what kind of skull 💀 that is? The dogs just want to go after the giant kitty but they both listen perfectly when I say, heck to the no . They still aren’t happy about it though 😂
