What I miss most about a 9-5 is someone asking me how my weekend was on a Monday. Self-employment is very isolating and often quite lonely. Weight loss is not linear people. If your goal is to drop fat, don’t expect the scales to go down every week. There are so many factors to take into consideration like stress, water retention, periods, life, shite sleep, travel and the fact that your muscle mass is increasing. Don’t judge your journey by your scales 😘
