When I saw the biggest change in my confidence : I hated my body for my for most of my 20’s. I would binge on food and starve myself for holidays or events. I had no idea what balance looked like and because I was always half-arsing then gym, I wasn’t seeing results. The biggest change I saw was when i got my first coach. I had someone telling me what to do ( I was clueless) what to eat and very quickly I started to see changes in my body. At that point I wondered why i had waited so long to make the shift because everything around me started to feel easier. Clothes fit better, my mental state was more positive and boyyy did I feel confident in my body. Now don’t get me wrong, when i go off track report to old binge eating cycles, i lose my confidence again, which is why even though now now a coach myself, I still need one. If you are anything like me and struggle with motivation and keeping yourself accountable at times, reach out for support. Here if you need me x Hit the link in my bio x

I used to feel too busy for fitness—long hours, life stress, and no energy. But I realised it’s not about hours in the gym, it’s about small, consistent actions that make the biggest changes. you don’t need to go to the gym every single day to get results. It’s the little things we do that make the biggest changes. if you found yourself going round in circles and you still haven’t managed to achieve your fitness goals then maybe it’s time you’ve got someone to help you. The biggest changes I noticed in my body was when I got a coach. if you’re ready for change, hit the link in my bio 💪🏼✨ @cici_onlinecoaching

Do you know why exercise is so important? It’s not just about building physical strength-it’s about building mental strength. Whenever I’m going through something challenging, I remind myself that if I can get out of bed and push myself to go for a run (even when I really don’t want to) or get through a 45-minute conditioning class on the air bike 👀, then I can handle anything life throws at me. The reason is simple: discipline. To push yourself to exercise, especially when you don’t feel like it, takes serious mental strength. Whenever you choose to work out, you train your mind to overcome discomfort, doubt, and resistance. You’re teaching yourself not to give up when things get tough. Physical training isn’t just about your body-it’s about disciplining your mind. And when you build that kind of mental resilience, you’re better prepared to face life’s challenges. When times get hard, that inner strength helps you push through emotional and mental barriers. So, next time you feel like giving up, remember that every workout strengthens your mind as well as your body. coaching enquiries hit the link in my bio @cici_onlinecoaching
