From specific icing exercises for collagen production and lymphatic drainage which reduces our puffiness, debloats, and stimulates glow, Bovisaj has become an integral part of my routine getting ready. I make sure to do it before evenings out, special events, and shoots.
For example, I did it in the morning before the Cannes Film Festival opening, and also when I went to the Venice film festival last year. It turned out on that occasion that I had gotten a bug from my children 🤒 who had a cold, and when I woke up I was so congested in the nose and throat.
The @bovisaj session of exercises got me (and my face) back together. This is one of the aspects that sets them apart: they blend holistic inner wellness with aesthetics.
