On voit des gens qui ont l’air plus heureux que nous, mais on ignore s’ils le sont réellement. On ne peut pas savoir à quoi ressemblent les vies des autres, ni ce qu’il y a dans leur tête. En collaboration avec @paolo.borzacchiello, expert en intelligence linguistique, nous pensons qu’offrir aux jeunes des outils pour mieux comprendre les émotions et les nuances du langage pourrait transformer significativement leur façon de vivre. En permettant peu à peu à ces pratiques de prendre racine, nous pourrions créer un monde plus accueillant, où les suppositions laissent place à l’empathie et à la compassion. Cette transformation pourrait rendre la vie plus douce et enrichir nos connexions, les rendant plus profondes et satisfaisantes. La jalousie, vue sous cet angle, devient un défi surmontable, en prenant conscience de nos propres atouts, forces, et obstacles.
