The 6-12-25 method is one of my favorite techniques for my more bodybuilding style of training. It allows for strength, hypertrophy, and isolation work all in one set. Watch the video for all the details! We utilize this method in our Summer Showdown programs on my Naked Training App and it’s been a ton of fun! 💪
