A recap of how I spent the last few weeks of 2024… with family, eating LOTS of good food, and having some downtime to recharge.✨ What was your highlight? 🤩

Hospital made better when you’re married to your best friend @jaewoodroffe 🤣🤣🤣 The nurses love him. Guys, this has NOT been the best start to 2025…I’m not gonna lie🫠 What started as a headache (which made SENSE because I was getting my period), turned into a full blown migraine thing lasting five days… which THEN turned into me becoming absolutely delirious and ending up in the emergency department. …. Doesn’t matter because everyone knows the first week of 2025 doesn’t count 🤣🥴 I’ll be back to regular programming in no time. P.s I blame my son for this weird af virus 😵💫 …. My daughter would never do this to me
Happy Birthday Jae… I mean Jax 🤣❤️

What’s your 2025 going to look like? I want to hear about all your plans/ goals/ intentions for this year 👇
Here’s a truth I’ve learned: someone’s negative opinion of you is often more about them than it is about you. If someone actively chooses to voice their doubts, criticisms, or speaks negatively about you… that’s a reflection of their own insecurities and has nothing to do with your worth. Someone else’s words cannot define you. Only you can define you. As we step into 2025, I want you to make a promise to yourself: no more letting someone else’s words or opinions dim your light. ✨ You have the power to decide whose energy you allow into your life. Protect your peace, prioritise your happiness, and live a life that feels true to YOU. Self-prioritization doesn’t mean you’re selfish… it means you understand the value of being your best self so you can give your best to others. Remember: not everyone will understand your journey, but they don’t have to. This year is about YOU – your health, your joy, your growth. ❤️
As a personal trainer, I’ve seen so many clients set too many goals each New Year that are unrealistic and unmeasurable. You don’t want to start the New Year by setting yourself up for disappointment or failure. The key to setting realistic goals is to make sure they’re specific, measurable and achievable! It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making small progress over time. Remember… it doesn’t matter if you start perfectly, just as long as you START. There’ll be lots of bumps along the road, so making sure you’re set up to adjust and keep going is key. Comment below and tell me you’re goals for 2025 💪
