It is hard to put into words how bad this is going to be for so many people. All I know is, I will no longer be able to rely on Federal sites for accurate information on anything medical. But the domino effect here is going to be something else. The health of everyone, except perhaps the oligarchs, is going to suffer. So to anyone thinking about sending me a gleeful “TRUMP WON” DM. The paper I am referencing is “Medical conspiracy theories and health behaviors in the United States” JAMA 2014;174:817-818 The guidelines I am talking about here are the 2022 Menopause Society hormone therapy guidelines. I don’t know of any randomized clinical trial that has been published since these guidelines came out that refutes them. While we don’t know for sure why everything has been halted at the NIH, I can take a guess: chaos and stopping any research that goes against Project 2025 and RFK Jr’s agendas. Remember, RFK Jr believes that vaccine researched caused HIV. In June, Kennedy said, “I’m going to go to NIH my first week and I’m going to call all the division heads and I’m going to call all the bureau chiefs and I’m going to say, we’re going to give drug development and infectious disease a break. A little break, a little bit of a break for about eight years.” So really, this is not a surprise. He warned us about his malevolence.
