The images from Rafah are atrocious. The horrors unleashed on innocent civilians are beyond comprehension. Three days ago, the ICJ ordered Netanyahu to stop the offensive. He refused. Such blatant disregard for international law cannot be tolerated. We need an arms embargo now.
