NO-zempic here guys! Just an incredible eating and exercise plan. And it didn’t happen that quickly either. It actually took me over a year to lose 5 and a half Stone. And I did NOT do it alone – I had great help. But not from any kind of weight loss injection or pill. Sad that you can’t lose weight naturally now without people saying that btw. So I do understand why there are comments saying that and I would never knock anyone for taking them but it’s just not how I’ve chosen to do this. The game changer for me was the nutrition plan. I get to eat MORE now – I often used to go all day without eating and then eat cr@p in the evenings. Now I’m eating throughout the day. Also instead of doing an hour’s workout and thinking that will fix my disordered eating – I just do short 12 minute workouts. And yes I have loose skin – but who wouldn’t after losing 5 and a half Stone and giving birth to an 8 lb 8 ounce baby! But I’m fitter than I’ve ever been. Was totally shook when I first saw this! It took over a year of changing my eating habits and weirdly actually exercising less but more effectively – to lose 80 pounds. Here’s the dirty truth guys – my lunch used to be half a packet of biscuits! Please don’t sugar shame me cos I did that enough myself. As you can see the lunches I eat now thanks to working with the wonderful dietician Jo Travers (@Ldnnutritionist ) are a tad tastier! She helped get me out of some seriously disordered eating habits with a plan which means I actually eat more now – of proper food that fills me up instead of getting a quick sugar high and a massive crash. She also showed me that sorting out my nutrition first before starting any exercise was the most effective way to lose weight. Which I definitely needed to do being in the obese BMI category. Can I just say again that l have nothing against anyone taking weight loss drugs – they really do help a lot of people but they were NOT the way I wanted to do this. I wanted to be fit and strong not just skinny – which I’m quite clearly not btw!!
