I don’t track calories, I just eat when I’m hungry and choose what feels good for my body. ✨ Meal 1 Pomegranate with boiled eggs—protein antioxidants to wake my body up. ✨ Meal 2 Either a protein smoothie or a yoghurt bowl. • Smoothie: blueberries, banana, plant protein, peanut butter & water • Yoghurt bowl: yoghurt with blueberries, cinnamon-fried apple, peanut butter & 1 tbsp ground flaxseed/chia seeds. ✨ Meal 3 (around 3–4 PM) Yoghurt, beetroot & cucumber salad—great for the gut and super refreshing. ✨ Meal 4 (around 5–6 PM) Sourdough toast with lots of white butter, mashed eggplant spread (recipe coming soon!) and boiled eggs. After that, I like to have a coffee. ✨ Workout (7–7:30 PM) Mostly evening workouts—home training most days, gym sometimes. If I feel hungry after, I keep it light: either a protein shake or soup with a small sweet potato or boiled eggs. Nothing heavy after 7 PM—that’s my rule. I’m not saying you should eat exactly what I eat—nope. Just take ideas and adjust everything based on your body and your needs. Increase or decrease the portions the way it suits you.
